These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of digital products and programs offered by The Lowe Family Trust ABN 25 032 719 223 trading as The Steady Driver Method™, operated by Kaz Lowe.
By completing a purchase from The Steady Driver Method™, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not proceed with your purchase.

All digital products are delivered via online access through our student portal immediately upon successful payment. No physical products are shipped.
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of any applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Payment is processed securely via GHL Payments and Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing payment you agree to the relevant payment processor's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Your digital product will be made available to you immediately upon successful payment confirmation. All sales are final.
Due to the nature of digital products — which are delivered immediately upon purchase and cannot be returned — all sales made through The Steady Driver Method™ are strictly non-refundable. This applies in all circumstances including:

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Upon successful payment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferrable, personal licence to access and use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

All content within The Steady Driver Method™ programs — including the Driver Calm System™, Driver Reset™, breathwork frameworks, module content, text, graphics, diagrams, exercises, techniques, scripts, branding and design — is the intellectual property of The Steady Driver Method™ and Kaz Lowe, protected by Australian and international copyright law.
Your purchase grants you a personal licence to use the product as described in Section 5. It does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or commercial use of any part of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The Steady Driver Method™ programs are educational resources designed to support nervous system regulation and mental preparation for driving tests. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or therapeutic advice or treatment.
We make no guarantee that use of the program will result in passing a driving test. Individual results will vary based on a range of factors outside our control.
If you are experiencing significant anxiety, a diagnosed anxiety disorder, or other mental health conditions, we recommend you also seek support from a qualified health professional alongside using our program.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, The Steady Driver Method™ and Kaz Lowe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our products, including but not limited to loss of income, failure to pass a driving test, or any other outcome.
Our total liability to you in connection with your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.
We collect personal information from you (including your name and email address) when you make a purchase, in order to process your payment and deliver your product.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your information may be shared with our payment processors — GHL Payments and Stripe — solely for the purpose of processing your transaction.
By purchasing from us you consent to receiving transactional emails relating to your purchase. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting [email protected].
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
